ServNet Auctions Cited for Performance, Service, Leadership

ServNet auctions continue their tradition of superior performance, receiving accolades from the remarketing community for exemplary service and industry leadership. In assessing auction results for 2018, national remarketers have recognized ServNet auctions in both national and regional standings, with scores based on operations, customer service and retentions.

United Auto Credit named Missouri Auto Auction its 2018 Auction of the Year, and Dealers Auto Auction of Oklahoma City as its top-performing auction in the South Central Region in 2018. United Auto Credit utilizes approximately 32 auction locations throughout the United States, and employs a multi-faceted scorecard to rate performance.

"Missouri Auto Auction has distinguished itself as the leading auction for us in the nation by consistently performing at the highest levels, in sales, service and operational excellence," said Scott Mousaw, Director of Loss Mitigation for United Auto Credit. He notes that this year's award follows on the heels of Missouri Auto Auction's designation in 2017 as a Regional Auction of the Year for the remarketer.

Earning distinctions from ARI 2018 were Louisiana's 1st Choice Auto Auction, earning the remarketer's 2018 Auction of the Year Award for the South Region, and Missouri Auto Auction, which was ranked ARI's top auction in the Midwest Region. Missouri Auto Auction has a long history of superior performance for ARI, earning awards in 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

For the third year running DAA Northwest received Ford Motor Company's prestigious Auction Service Award Program (ASAP) ranking as the top performing closed sale auction in its group for 2018, an award it also received in 2016 and 2017. DAA Northwest was the only independent auction to receive the Ford closed sale distinction this year.

DAA Northwest was also named an AVIS Auction of the Year, for highest retention. Sister auction DAA Seattle was named Merchants Leasing Auction of the Year for the West Region.

DAA/OKC was hailed by Ally SmartLane for top results in the South Central Region in 2018.

When the members of this year's 10th anniversary class of Women in Remarketing were announced, three of the women receiving honors were leaders among the ServNet auction group: Beth Barber Fedorchak, Partner at State Line Auto Auction; Georgianne Poteet, Manager of Special Marketing Projects at Lousiana's 1st Choice Auto Auction; and Mitzi Van Voorhis, Vice President of Marketing at the McConkey Auction Group.
