ServNet Auctions Recognized for Superior Service and Performance

ServNet auctions continue to receive accolades from the remarketing community for exemplary service. In assessing auction results for 2021, national remarketers recognized ServNet auctions in both national and regional standings, with scores based on operations, customer service and retentions.

Bel Air Auto Auction emerged as the leading auction for Santander Consumer/Chrysler Capital in 2021, receiving the remarketer's National Auction of the Year Award in 2021. Bel Air was also recognized by Santander with its Retail Auction of the Year Award for superior performance in the Northeast Region.

Dealers Auto Auction of Oklahoma City was singled out by Ally Financial with its Leadership Award in 2021.

Merchants Fleet recognized four ServNet Auctions for superior service in 2021. For the second year running North Bay Auto Auction was rated the fleet company's top overall auction in the country. Leading for Merchants Fleet in their regions were Houston Auto Auction (South Central Region), Indiana Auto Auction (Midwest Region) and Bel Air Auto Auction (Mid-Atlantic Region).

For the ninth year in a row and the eleventh time overall Missouri Auto Auction was named Regional Auction of the Year for Holman (previously ARI). Said an ecstatic Justin Brown, GM at Missouri Auto Auction: "Our auction team is the best in the business, and every member is a valuable asset to our success. We pledge to keep up the good work and strive to make it 10 in a row in 2022!"  Missouri Auto Auction was joined by Louisiana's First Choice Auto Auction on the Holman award podium, receiving the 2021 Auction of the Year in its region.

Three ServNet auctions were cited by Exeter for their performance in 2021. Bel Air Auto Auction and DAA Seattle were among the best of the best for Exeter, leading their regions for the remarketer in 2021. Both received the Exeter Auction eXcellence Award. In addition, Indiana Auto Auction received the 2021 EMI award from Exeter, which recognizes the most improved auction for the year.

ServNet auctions also received high performance marks from OVE in 2021. Recognized for Highest Mix of Commercial and Dealer Digital Sales was Bel Air Auto Action, which received the citation for the second year running. Named among OVE's Top 10 Dealer Digital Sales for 2021 were Akron Auto Auction and Greater Rockford Auto Auction (also a two-time winner). FastLane Dealer Exchange received OVE's Lowest Unbuy Award, for returning the lowest arbitration percentage among OVE auctions in 2021. Finally, receiving individual honors from OVE was Greater Rockford Auto Auction's Online Account Manager Tom Krauel, who was distinguished the 2021 Industry Otto Award for Excellence.
