ServNet Grows with Addition of California Auction

Chad Bailey, president of the ServNet, has announced that All Valley Dealers Auto Auction (AVDAA) has joined the group of independent auctions.

AVDAA is located in North Hollywood, California, the only auction in the center of the all-important Los Angeles market. Situated on 15 acres just 10 minutes from the Burbank airport, the auction includes four auction lanes with both in-lane and online selling, detail and reconditioning facilities, and full transportation services.

ServNet Adds Great Lakes Auto Auction

Wolfe's South Bend Auto Auction has been acquired by Great Lakes Auto Auction. Great Lakes Auto Auction is headed by principals Ryan Clark, President and Chad Anderson, Vice President, who are long-time operators of Greater Rockford Auto Auction in Rockford, Illinois.

The South Bend auction will be renamed Great Lakes Auto Auction and will continue holding weekly sales on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM. All members of the auction staff, led by General Manager Brandon Kieffer, will remain.

Raymond Nichols Named Industry Pioneer by NAAA

The National Auto Auction Association has named Raymond C. Nichols an Industry Pioneer for his visionary leadership and exemplary service to the wholesale auto auction industry and NAAA..

Nichols is chairman and CEO of BSC America, which encompasses two ServNet auction locations: Bel Air Auto Auction and Tallahassee Auto Auction; and a specialty weekly sale located at BSC's Clayton Station in Edgewood, Maryland.

With the distinction of receiving the Industry Pioneer award, Nichols becomes just the sixth person in NAAA history to have served as NAAA President, be inducted into the NAAA Hall of Fame, and receive the Industry Pioneer award.

ServNet Auctions Mark Auto Auction Week

ServNet Awards Scholarships

ServNet has announced the winners of its 2022 Scholarship Program. Eight scholarships are being awarded to aspiring students for the 2022-2023 academic year.

ServNet owners take a deep personal interest in their employees," explains Robert Sullivan, ServNet's Administrative Director "ServNet's scholarship program encourages the members of our auction families and helps lay the groundwork for the generation that follows."

Sullivan reports that ServNet is presenting a total of $19,000 in scholarships this year. One scholarship for $1,500 is going to a student attending a two-year college, and seven scholarships of $2,500 are being awarded to students attending a four-year college or university.
